We are excited to announce that Naomi Conway, who helped to establish Revere in 2020 as Director of National Parks Partnerships, is starting a new role as UK Director of Nature at Palladium. 

Naomi has been one of the leading forces behind Revere, set up to scale nature-based solutions in the National Parks and beyond. Her move will further strengthen the award-winning collaboration between Palladium and National Parks UK.

For Naomi, this role is a perfect fit: “I’ve worked in close partnership with Palladium’s UK nature team since 2020, so it’s a natural and exciting step to make the move across,” she shares. “I’m motivated by the urgent need to bridge the gap between the UK’s nature project developers and private finance. Palladium’s collaboration with the National Parks as Revere sits at the heart of this.”

Naomi is a well-known leader in the UK’s green economy and brings extensive experience in catalysing innovative partnerships that work for nature, communities, ethically aligned corporates and investors.
